TRiO Talent Search partnered with Northwood University to offer our participants an exciting opportunity to explore different STEM careers with a focus on leadership skills. Upon completion of all 3 days of camp, each participant took their drone.
Adventure Academy (June 21, 2022)
Adventure Academy returned June 21st! TRiO Talent Search participants were able to experience an Escape Room, use Virtual Reality, play Laser Tag, create a unique art project at Art in the Loft and eat food from Mango’s Mexican Cuisine.
Coding Camp with STARBASE Alpena (June 29, 2022)
TRiO Talent Search partnered with STARBASE-Alpena to offer our participants a unique opportunity to learn coding with Sphero robots. Participants learned to code their Sphero robots to complete specific challenges and upon completion of camp, were able to take their Sphero robots home.
